Has anyone here taken a Nikon Class?
I bought the D200 recently and really need to learn how to use more of its features.
If you’ve taken one of these classes, did you learn a lot from it? Do you think I’ll get more from my own research, or a different digital photography course? Thanks
I own Canons, and have taken several classes on them. They definitely help. You can do a huge amount of research through books & the Internet, but it’s still good to talk with other people, and get your questions answered by an instructor.
My suggestion is to take a course in general digital photography, and one specific to Nikon; it’s unlikely they’ll offer one for your specific camera model, it’s more likely they’ll have a general Nikon class that will cover several of their digitals. If you’re not that familiar with photography in general (exposures, framing shots, lighting), take a general photography class as well.
