stock photography question about model releases?
If I have a shot with someone’s hand in the frame, but nothing else to identify the person, would I need a model release to sell the image to an online stock photography site?
Thats usually on the stock site. Generally speaking, as long as the person isn’t identifiable (that could even include a distinct mark or tattoo on the hand) a model release wouldn’t needed.
