I’m looking for a good sports photography order form?
I have been asked to photograph a local high school Team and Indiv. pictures this is a total of about 300 orders. I am going to need to good order form. Does ayone have one that is blank or that I can use?
A lot of people use sites like Smugmug.
You can post your images there and people can link to it and order the prints they want from there. You can set your own prices for many different printing options including downloading images for their FaceBook profile.
All the printing and shipping is handled by Smugmug and the photo lab.
All you have to do is supply your customers with the link to your gallery and they can view and order from it.
You can set up an account on Smugmug in just a few minutes. Creating galleries are pretty easy too.
The account can be public or just available to those people to whom you are providing your services
You will be spending enough time processing and editing your images after the shoot. Trying to take orders, have them printed and shipping them could use all the profit, just in the added time you have to dedicate to the project
I had in the past done as you suggest and the time it takes for people to fill out the forms correctly, the line can get very long and people waiting get agitated.
By being able to have each player stand in front of the background, pose and move on, makes things much, much easier
