Photography picture ideas?
I am a “amateur photographer.” I love taking interesting pictures, but lately ive been running out of ideas ): what are some picture ideas for me and my friends? i’ve taken pictures holding hands jumping on railroad tracks, pictures of me and my friends on playground slides/teetertotter, scrabble letters spelling out L-O-V-E, color splashing converse, etc.. any ideas? go crazy (:
Before I actually answer the question, I just want to say that you shouldn’t think about it too hard. You can make pictures interesting by putting your friends in cool settings and then just have them interact naturally while you snap pictures. If I go on a photo shoot with my friends, we usually just walk around the city or in the woods stopping in places that look nice.
Anyway, I’d suggest looking at the “100 Picture Theme Challenge.” I don’t know if you’re familiar with it, it was popular on DeviantArt for a time, if you’re on there. People tend to do it with traditional drawing, but I think it’s fantastic for photography. It’s basically just one hundred concepts that you have to figure out how to convey through artwork, a photograph, in your case. I suppose I’m not giving you a specific idea, so, sorry about that, but I think that could help you come up with more ideas of your own.
