Places to visit between Chicago and Boston?
I am going on a PHOTOGRAPHY Road Trip from Chicago to Boston in September 8th-18th.
Can you give me some idea’s of anywhere with outstanding natural beauty, or amazing natural sites I could visit?

The Indiana Dunes are amazing. It is a really simple beach, however the sunsets/sunrises are uninterrupted by other structures. It is on the South End of Lake Michigan so if you leave in the late evening on your trip, it is an easy stop.
There are also older rustic structures to be seen. It provides for good night shots too.
