What SD memory card is the best?
I just recently purchased an 8 megapixel Canon camera and want to know what SD memory card out there is the best. I use my camera for general photography (vacations, family photos, etc). Is there a decently priced card out there that fits my needs? Thanks!

Buy the higest storeage you can afford that your camera will support.
This weekend, 2GB cards were selling for $11, so buy a couple if you can afford it.
Brand wise, any SD card purchased in an electronics store will be fine.
Buy in one eBay has been problematic recently with the flood of fake cards being sold there.

Speed is not too big a deal for P&S cameras because most do not support high speed image writing (the only place where you may see an advantage is when shooting in the video mode of your camera)
