Breach of Wedding Photography Contract?
I’m a wedding photographer. A bride paid for coverage and an album and signed a contract stating that the album order must be fulfilled within 6 month of the wedding. Here it is 3 years later and she’d like her album. What should I do?
She’s entitled to the album and you are in breach if you do not fulfill her order. From what you have stated within 6 months the album should have been done and ready for delivery. Although she has waited 3 years to request it does not terminate the original agreement.
